"Fantastic hotel in a great location"

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Very nice staff. Hotel property very pretty and clean. Rugs in hallway in front of elevator is a tripping hazard/dangerous, they were thin/cheap and wrinkled every time I saw them. My room was clean and comfy but the curtains would not close so they stayed open the whole time and let the sunlight in, making it difficult to sleep. The sink took a while for the hot water but absolutely loved the shower, it was super hot and powerful- I enjoyed every shower I took. There were black spots around the...

"Need serious maintenance cracks floor title in the evelator, broken closet, crack shower tubes, and screws for the holder of body lotion coming out the wall to use to be a good hotel but is lacking maintenance really bad"

"The staff was amazing, Especially Heather at the breakfast bar, we came down a little late one morning and the coffee was almost gone and what was left was cold so she made my wife and I a fresh pot and served it to us! Bravo! The food at the breakfast bar is MEH…should get better quality food! The only other negative I could really say is the Hotel rooms need to be freshened up and updated, they feel tired and old!"

"For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."

"El hotel en extremo mal estado, suciedad y malos olores por todos lados el mobiliario inservible las bañeras y el inodoro sin limpiar (asqueroso) sin toallas suficientes los pisos y las alfombras con muchísima suciedad, las camas son una desgracia, hay un comedor donde no sirven nada y tampoco funciona el microondas ni nada! No hay contactos para conectar el cargador del celular, no llega el internet a las habitaciones, drogadictos y malandros, el personal atiende a través de una ventanilla...
