"Breakfast wasn’t the best, very limited"

"We needed a handicapped accessible room, which we reserved well in advance. When we arrived, at 6:00pm, after driving for seven hours- the room was not clean and the housekeeping staff had gone home for the day. There was some kind of notation about the room in the computer which surprised the desk attendant, but he would not tell me what it was. He consulted with the bartender who seemed to be the only other staff member available. The two of them offered us a “ regular” room, but my husband needed the grab bars. Then the bar tender said she would clean the room “ real quick.” We did not want to stay in the room after a “ quick” clean. Who knows what the notation was in the computer.. Biohazard? Why didn’t the housekeeping people clean it before they left? Would the bartender know the proper procedure to clean whatever the issue was? And would she take the proper time to do it thoroughly? We did not feel safe to use that room. So we began the drive about to find another hotel with a room that was clean and ready. Very disappointed in this hotel."

"My stay at this hotel had a few positives, but overall it fell short of expectations. The service was inconsistent—while some staff members were polite, others seemed inattentive and not very helpful, which made the experience feel less welcoming than it should have been. Cleanliness was another area that could use improvement. The room and some common areas didn’t feel as well-maintained as I would have hoped, and it took away from the overall comfort of the stay. The amenities were also underwhelming, either lacking or not up to the standard typically expected. That said, one highlight was definitely the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was easily the best part of the stay and something the hotel seems to do very well."

"I had an exceptional stay from start to finish. The level of service was outstanding—every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled efficiently and with a personal touch that made a real difference. Had a early check out so did not get to try the breakfast."

"I did not have daily check-ups by housekeeping to see if I needed anything. There is no restaurant in the hotel. One of the slats on the blinds had been broken by a dog that apparently someone before me had had in the room. The front pool was closed. The room itself was fine and everything in the room worked well."
