"Very nice staff. Hotel property very pretty and clean. Rugs in hallway in front of elevator is a tripping hazard/dangerous, they were thin/cheap and wrinkled every time I saw them. My room was clean and comfy but the curtains would not close so they stayed open the whole time and let the sunlight in, making it difficult to sleep. "We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

Only 1 ice machine top floor was working, no vending machine or heated pool as advertised."

"Good location, spacious room, liked the pool My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room."

"The doors face the parking lot and it is loud outside, made sleeping a bit challenging. Room had a smoked-in smell and was a bit creepy but that can’t be helped."

"For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."
