"Repeat visitor. We love the house feel where everyone has their own room yet living room kitchen areas to hang out in. Certainly a bonus at 9:40 pm if you are facing Dollywood. We will be back as usual in another two years. My only dig on the resort was that the pillows were not comfortable to me."

"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"My kids had a blast on the waterslide. Jessica was so friendly and helped my little one so I could catch her. They played until it closed. There was something on the bed but they gave us new bedding. There were also hidden fees I didn’t know about for the amenities. Would stay again though."

"The pools were great.the rooms are dated but very clean.bed was ok but the springs were a little noisy..should be changed. Rooms had plenty of space and the price was fair . Breakfast room was very well maintained.food was simple and decent. My only real complaint was parking. People visiting guests were taking spots and some were there overnight."

"Front desk check in was rude! Never got any clean towels we was told to put them outside in the chair and housekeeping would bring clean ones they never did! There was roaches in the bathroom."

"No handicapped parking, no elevator and didn’t start breakfast until 8 so we never got to eat there. Went to turn in keys to check out and the office didn’t open until 8. We had a 10 hour drive with out any stops. Room could have been cleaner. When the room was “cleaned” only beds were made and garbage removed. The floor was not swept or anything cleaned even when we left a large tip. We won’t stay there again."

"I've stayed here multiple times. Love their spacious suites, location and great hot breakfast in the morning. However their staff at check was more consumed by her personal phone call than helping us. I simply asked where the ice machine was and she pointed and said by the ice cream machine. It was not. I asked another guest, it was down the hall in another area. She needs to be in laundry"
