"The Breakfast is ready great. Property is clean and safe. Staf is friendly and helpful with anything you would need. The draw back is the spa/jacuzzi was not working this would've been helpful knowing in advance I always use it and would have booked somewhere else had I known because we use it everywhere we stay it helps us to relax after a Great day and get a great night's rest. Other than that the beds could use an update . I would still recommend it in the future and would definitely try it again. Thanks and hope to see you in the future. "

"The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen items. Not even a coffee maker or cups for coffee (not even paper cups to use in the microwave for tea). I believe you can borrow a coffee maker but you need to bring your own cups and coffee. There is a Starbucks close by. We had 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels or bathmat. I'm not sure if these would be provided if we asked. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was generally quiet until we turned off the tv and then we had the freeway noise. It was not terrible but definitely noticeable especially with big trucks or loud cars. There are blinds on the window but no blackout curtains, so it never gets really dark. Overall, ok for overnight stay, but if you're booking it for the kitchen you will have to bring everything."

"The jacuzzi was down and that was the whole purpose why we booked this hotel to be able to enjoy a hot jacuzzi after long day hikes. You should also actually have someone at the lobby at all times. They said you could ring a doorbell and call the manager but they never picked up. We thought we locked ourselves out of the room and we needed to get our stuff out and we were worried we had to wait until 8am. Luckily I found an extra key in the car otherwise we would have been screwed. Every hotel you go to there is someone 24/7 there available to help except this one"

"We stayed in the superior Multiple bed room for 4 people. It was a nice rustic stay with comfortable beds. We had heat and air and a mini fridge in our room. We also had a personal bathroom in Mona lake B.There was a share kitchen on site that we could use if we wanted. Be prepared for the stairs, but all was fine. Just know there are stairs to get everywhere. The lodge café was amazing to ha ve with water station and ice. We splurged and used the spa. Extra fee, but worth it. We would definitely stay here again"

Rooms are clean and comfortable prepared for the ultimate outdoor experience with accessible restrooms and showers that are CLEAN and well maintained. Multiple Communal grills and fireplaces areas.
