"Schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick. Sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr gemütliches Bett, toller Ausblick. Sauna war leider defekt, den Whirpool konnte man privat nutzen. Es gab ein paar Schönheitsfehler, das Frühstück war klein aber Ausreichend. Jederzeit Kaffee verfügbar. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terasse, sehr freundliches Personal"

"Great location - central, safe, and lively but still quiet in the room. Walking distance to many sites (if you don't mind the hills). Spacious for 2. Bread delivery in the mornings were fresh. Refrigerator stocked with fruits, yogurt, milk, and butter. Cabinet stocked with granola, cereal, honey, and jam. Lobby has water, coffee, wines for guests to freely enjoy. Bathroom was spacious for Europe. A/C worked well."

"We had a great stay! The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the communication before arrival. It was much easier to reach the host via WhatsApp than through Expedia. Overall, we highly recommend this property."

"This property is run down, the floors have multiple punctures and scratches and are very dirty if you walk with white socks you will see them turn black. The bath tub is raised so high up that it is very hard to get into the shower and someone can get hurt or fall, this is a safery concern. The smell in the room is unpleasant. This hotel definitely needs to be updated. No extra toiletries besides shower cap. Breakfast had many small fruit flies on croissants, waffles and bread."

"very clean and quiet place. Perfect for the entire family. Cosy and very well decorated with amazing design solutions. In a perfect spot with access to "must see" locations. The personnel at the front desk is very instrumental and will help you get by whatever your journey me be in Lisbon with no problem. Very close to the cruise port. I could use this nice Hotel again no problem. Kudos"

"The access codes provided for the main entrance were incorrect on two occasions. As a result, I was unable to access the property on one night and was left standing outside for approximately one hour, from 1:30am until 2:30am. I called the advertised 24/7 emergency number several times for assistance, but unfortunately, nobody answered. This left me with no way of accessing the property. I was only able to enter the main building at around 2:30am because another guest happened to be checking...
