"Everything was fantastic from walk in to check out."

"We chose this location to stay during a youth softball tournament. The primary recently chose it was the fact that it had a swimming pool. When we arrived, there was a sign on the counter, saying that the pool was closed. I had received prior communication regarding the stay, but nothing mentioned the closure of the pool. Needless to say, we had a lot of disappointed young girls."

"The hotel was garbage, but the young man Adam at the front desk was wonderful. He was trying to do his best to help us out. The room was mediocre. There was no air conditioning. There was no plug in the bathtub for the kids to have a bath. There are no toothbrushes at the front desk. Ice machine was broken. The voice was a piece of garbage."

Asked for my ID, then proceeded to ask me if I paid by a one time use card (not sure what that means), Gave her my credit card. Ran the credit card. Then asked what type of room I booked (after it was already confirmed etc). I was then told that they didn't have my room, it was booked. I told her to refund me and I would find another Hotel. She then told me that she didn't know...

"Clean and spacious rooms. Heard noise for a brief period from other occupants running on the above my floor one of the days, which staff could have no control. Lot of parking."
