"Honestly I was a little embarrassed to tell people I was staying at a Margaritaville in New York City, but it turned out to be a great hotel. The location is central in Times Square, so extremely close to transit options. Additionally, the facility was very well-maintained and the pool area was nice. I'd highly recommend it!"

We had a nightmare time getting to the city and had another room that was NOT what it was advertised to be and the staff at the New Yorker more than helped us with getting checked in early and calling to make sure we were ok. The only complaint at all was that our AC was struggling to do anything to keep up. Twice someone came up to look at it, but it didn’t change. The room was hot. Overall stay there! We will again."

Though, the shower floor had excessive wear: stained & worn shower floor, shelves for towels banged up badly with painted areas chipped. The beds were comfortable."
