"First of all when we arrived, your check-in staff was unable to charge Expedia (who we already paid), and said it was our responsibility to call Expedia and work it out. I spent two hours on the phone at 11 PM at night to rectify the situation. This should not have been our responsibility.! secondly had we not purchased breakfast with our room we would not have paid $9.99 for the cold breakfast, which was basically just cereal! Nor would we have paid the higher price for your hot breakfast, which was not hot and very limited. Too overpriced.! Hilton is off our list for the future.😒"

"The hotel is older and definitely needs some updating. We had a couple of minor issues with our room, but both were handled very promptly and graciously by the staff. We especially appreciated the help we received from Jennifer (front desk) and Chris (engineer). We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and both the food and the service were excellent. The hotel was located in a quiet area and also had several other amenities that we didn't get a chance to enjoy this time (large fitness room, indoor pool, etc ) "

"I mean, it’s a Hyatt Regency… It should be nice and it was. Great staff, good location, beautiful room, great bar and views. The elevator was slow, but that’s a first world problem and I adapted and is not a complaint. It is what it is. Will probably never return to Princeton because it was just a random stop off, but if I did, I I would stay here again! "

"When i came into the 1st room their were dead roaches and flys on the foor. The staff was very helpful switching my room. The second need to be clean a little better towels where dirty."

"We were disappointed to find beetles consistently appearing from the air conditioning unit in our room. The following day, we were moved to a different room, where we discovered that the dishwasher was in disarray and the handle in the kitchen was broken."
