"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly!
Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The room heater would shut off every night around midnight, leaving the room extremely cold. I stayed for 5 days, and this issue occurred every single night. I messaged the landlord multiple times but received no response. I also informed one of the staff members in person, but nothing was done to fix the problem.
Additionally, the kitchen was not clean—there were garbage bags left on the floor, which made the space unpleasant to use. The...

"Owner cancelled my longstanding booking so they could accept another booking. Leaving us having to vastly over lpay for alternative accommodation.
Not acceptable. Pointless booking if you can't have confidence that they will go out your booking.
They decided to allow previous guests to extend as it was worth more money to them.
Expedia shouldn't allow this!"
