"I love this hotel! I had a beautiful, spacious room with a balcony, and the shower was exceptional. The hotel is ideally located close to the MRT line that links the airport to the downtown tourist areas, it's less than half an hour to either, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Also, after I checked out of my room, they kindly allowed me to store my luggage at reception while I explored the city, which I really appreciated."

Note easiest access from MRT is to exit to Chinatown Point mall, then cross Upper Cross street. Trying to exit to Upper Cross street from the MRT station actually puts you further away."

"This property was very convenient anbd accessible. There were dining options at all hours and plenty of variety. Although my room was not wheelchair accessible, it was ok. Things they should consider is a refrigerator in the room and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. "

The room was spacious, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was the water in the shower was barely luke warm, making for a quick and uncomfortable bath in the morning. Maybe Singapore being a tropical place, locals probably prefer cold to luke warm showers but in air conditioned room, it...

"The hotel was very accessible from the terminal and right next to the Jewel. The room was spacious and the view of the runway was very cool. Very comfortable bed and pillows and great shower. The self check-in option didn't work well for us, but that didn't matter to us. The staff at the check-in were friendly and quick. "
