"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through...

"部屋は窓なしで1人向けのコンパクトサイズでしたが、部屋も館内もとても清潔で、必要なものは全て揃っていたので快適でした。 客室には冷蔵庫はないですが、共用スペースに大きなキッチンがあり、一通りのキッチン家電/食器は揃っているので、テイクアウトしたものも共用スペースで温かい状態で食べられます。 また、虫が苦手なので部屋も含め館内で一切の虫を見なかったのが、とてもありがたかったです。 スタッフの方々が本当に色々と助けてくださり、深夜到着でもスムーズにチェックインできましたし、チェックアウト時には夜まで荷物も預かってくださいました。 部屋もスタッフの皆さまも良かったですが、立地も良いので観光しやすいと思います。 またぜひ泊まりたいです。"

"Location: perfectly positioned on Orchard Rd, next to two shopping malls with plenty of food, and the MRT station. Staff: always available, helpful, and cheerful. Rooms: very clean and comfortable with everything needed for a longer stay. Everything was in good condition. Facilities: pool, spa, sauna, and gym all really well equipped and spacious. "Pool was great! The pool area needs a pressure wash & new pool chairs, loungers& new towels. In the room the bedding sheets & cover were stained. Hard to get warm or hot water. Having a washer was great! A full couch would be nice. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Doorman was good & the housekeeper we had was friendly. Location was good. Grocery store beside was very nice. But not sure we would return to this hotel apartment. "
