"Stayed 3 nights and never had housekeeping replenish the towels/ refresh the room which was disappointing. I was also bummed that valet parking is the only option unless you self park at Harrah’s. It was $50 a night and somewhat inconvenient not having easy access to our car. It was also disappointing paying the resort fee given lack of amenities in comparison to a regular hotel. Room upgrade was nice given Gold status but likely won’t stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the food was delicious, and there was a great selection of breakfast options. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"This hotel is fantastic. I appreciate the complimentary parking available for guests. The establishment is tidy and well-kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I requested a wine opener, they provided me with a brand-new cork at no cost. The pool is pleasantly warm; despite the outside temperature being 51 degrees, the water felt inviting. They also have a hot-tub. Their BBQ area is exceptional. I adore everything about this location. There is a trail to the left, and the city is just 1.8 miles away; turn right and continue straight. I truly enjoy this place; this marks my fourth visit. The bedroom is equipped with a bed, sofa, microwave, refrigerator, all necessary supplies, coffee, etc., and there are two TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Thank you, Ash Chand."

"My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved that the hotel provided complimentary drinks during check-in, which was a nice touch. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. We had no issues during our stay and felt well taken care of from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future."

"The room was okay. Pillows very thin. I had tiny bugs in the bathroom which I informed the person in the office. He said he would let his pest control people know. That didn’t help me out any. There is a portable heater provided to make the room warm(er), which seemed odd for a motel/hotel to have."

Property also has a little outdoor area where you can get a pint of beer, chill at the fire pits, play ping pong and other games, and listen to live music. Location was perfect, everything within walking distance"
