This is our second time at the Coppice and we didn't regret booking again. The guest house is a great location. 5 mins walk from Windermere town and 15 mins walk (downhill) to Bowness. The bus service is very good too and stops virtually outside the guest house."

"Latimer House is in the perfect location for Bowness & Windermere. The property has 5 parking places on a first come first basis (the accommodation has 7 rooms) but the block has many free parking available and so parking was no problem at all. "

Fantastic room and tea,coffee making facilities in the beautiful ensuite rooms with a great big bay window and comfortable king size bed and delicious cooked breakfast. Hospitality is secind to none with lovely hosts.Will definitely return."
