The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling. "pool was clean and room clean"

"Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and one meat and a muffin if you wanted it. Also the beverage station was out of orange juice during our entire stay. The room we were assigned had a funky smell, the carpet looked dirty, there were white stains on the chair and dark sticky substance under the desktop lamp base. The wall near the door had a couple large stains that would not wipe off."
