"Clean room, quiet, parking handy, easy to airport"

"The room was clean. i first was concerned if being by the airport would product a lot of noise, but i didnt hear anything. There are room darkening curtains to block light out. I slept well. There was no fan in the bathroom so while taking a shower it got steamy. Breakfast was what i expected, waffles, toast, cereal eggs and juice and fresh fruit. The parking lot got full so i had to park on the curb. Check in was fast. I needed toothpast and they provided some for free. Adequate for 1 night. "

"We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"

"This place is not clean, not well maintained but not horrible either. The management is clearly squeezing pennies from their customers instead of applying elbow grease to clean the place. I’ll just give one example as to why I’ll never stay there again; the little printed paper sleeves they hand you with your keycards inside are recycled over and over. Mine had clearly been used a dozen times and was very dog eared from being carried around in pockets or purses. I don’t know how much money...

"The elevator was not working during my 5 night stay. I asked for my room to be cleaned after my 3rd night and nobody showed up. I asked again and no one came to clean my room. All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash. The power went out during my stay and was surprised you didn’t have a back up generator for security reasons…..it was pitch dark in the room and glad I found my phone to find my way around the room.
