When I arrived at reception, I was told that my room was on the 3rd floor and that the lift was out of service. I told the clerk, "I'm not schlepping my luggage up three flights of stairs." "We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"

All I wanted was clean towels and for them to empty trash.
