"Amazing!"

"Room I booked wasn't available. The room I was given was 91 degrees on arrival. Was given another room. The 3rd room had a hole in the ceiling in the shower with mold. Worst Marriot ever"

"Parking"

"The beds were comforter room was clean . We didn’t try the pool or hot tub. Breakfast didn’t look appealing but it never really is at a hotel . The staff was always welcoming."

"Friendly staff, clean room, super comfortable bed, walking distance to the music venue"

"They responded quickly to messages. Room was clean and had everything you need. The water took a bit to get warm but once it did it was nice and hot, just like I like it (I actually did have to turn it down 😂) It was a quiet place which was great….. but it was a little further from public transportation but overall it was a great place."

"Great location, good gym, breakfast was good, room was great"

"Perfect stay for Boston area."

"We have stayed here 3 times and this time the breakfast selection was horrible! Boiled eggs, breads and bagels and yogurt. Last time there was a better selection with mini egg omelets. From the moment I checked in the woman at the front named Dana was extremely rude, and contributed to an absolutely unpleasant and unwelcoming experience during my entire stay. I was not provided with Dana's last name but Dana went out of her way to ensure I had an undesirable experience here at the best western in Braintree and she even went as far...

"Good"

"Felt very dated. They need to pay their employees more. Beds were fine for sleeping but otherwise lax not recommended. They need to upgrade the property’."
