"We booked this place as a last minute booking, so we didnt know what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. We managed to park at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. It was very hot though as the heating was on, but once turned off, the room went much cooler. "We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The room was comfortable with all we needed. Bathroom and shower were great. Not massive but more than adequate. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, cooked or continental.
