"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful.
If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"The young lady working at the front desk the day we arrived and the day we departed went above and beyond. We arrived well ahead of time and asked if there were any early check ins. We had a room with 2 queen beds but she was able to find 2 double beds and honestly that was much better for my daughter and I.
The hotel also has a small bar and restaurant. The service was a little slow but after a very long travel day it was nice to have dinner right there. Affordable and good food."

"The shuttle was quick and efficient. We liked that the breakfast service started at 5:30am since we had an early flight. There were lots of breakfast choices and the scones were tasty. The staff was warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. Plenty of toiletry items were provided."
