"Room was clean, gym was clean. Staff was helpful. And hotel was overall clean and the common room was clean and kept up! Very nice. Highly recommend."
"There’s no electric plug for CPAP machines. I had to get down on my hands and knees to unplug the alarm clock and use an extension cord for the two CPAP machines we travel with. I had to wait 20 minutes for my suite to be ready despite arriving a full hour after 4 pm check in allowed. The TV in the lounge area did not work which is part of the point of booking a suite so that tv doesn’t disturb travel companions sleep. The front desk was unable to get assistance for the tv so it was never available."

10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."
"Staff upgraded me without permission. And charged me extra. Unfortunately I was unable to understand most of what the clerk said, so I am disputing the charge. Will not return."
"There was the sound of running water in the pipes in the wall all night long. The ad on-line for the hotel said there was a restaurant on site; but the restaurant was closed."
"Decent hotel for a short stay, rooms could be a little cleaner! Cobwebs in corners, floors not properly swept, stains on bed linen! But for the price not a bad stay!"
"Booked a 2 queen suite for 2 adults 3 kids. We arrived and were told they only had a king suite. This was 11pm and cheer competition weekend. So nothing else available. We said fine whatever. There were people sitting in the hallways at 11pm outside our room. No fault of hotel. The room was dirty. The trashcans had stuff in them. The comforters were dirty with red candy and dirt. There was piece of food on the floor and hair. The shower was covered in some interesting hairs. Overall it was a place to sleep for the night. But man the good reviews were deceiving. And the breakfast room was really dirty. Like my shoes are still sticky. We had to track someone down for food to be refilled. No cups for coffee either."
