"I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. "This is nice place in a pretty part of Germantown. Property appears newish and has plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This was our second time at the hotel, and we drove a little out of our way to return."

"The rooms were clean and air conditioning worked very well. Nice bathrooms and good access to doors and amenities. The bed was not especially comfortable and I didn’t sleep well on it. And the breakfast was okay—not bad at all but not great."

"The room was dirty on arrival. Chairs stained and dirty. Had to lay bed sheets over them to use. Found someone else’s hair comb beside bed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer but only one set. So very time consuming for customers to wash clothes. Also a random person knocked on my door after midnight after I had ordered food delivered earlier in the night. Did not answer but very sketchy. Overall, not the best experience."

"It was an okay stay. I expected a bit more of the room quality for the price. I was on the second floor, which seemed nice, but there was a smell of moisture. When I first got into the room, it still smelled of moisture, and the carpet was damp enough to wet my socks by walking a few feet across the floor. I stayed four days and room service never collected dirty towels or changed the sheets. Overall it was a roof over my head, but I would choose somewhere else next time or ask to change rooms."
