"The property is in a great location in Southbank, close to Crown Casino, and Eureka Tower. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating and communication before we arrived was excellent. The kids loved the pool, but unfortunately Apt 262 was in need of maintenance. The apartment had an odd smell (maybe a pet owners apartment?) and the carpet was quite dirty. One double bed was broken (the slats kept collapsing in the middle of the night). One of our party slept on an airbed...

"The property was in a good location, only 5 minutes walk to Southgate and the Yarra River. Fabulous pool - we swam everyday. The views just gorgeous - especially early morning and evening. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Beds comfy and the rooms were a good size - plenty of space for the 5 adults we had staying. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Melbourne. Excellent communication before and throughout the stay."
