"Room wasn’t very clean. Behind the bathroom door the floor had never been swept. Stayed 3 nights. On the 2nd night put out the door sign to refresh the room. They replaced bathroom towels but didn’t make the beds or even empty the garbage cans. There were 2 pizza boxes on top of them and they didn’t even take them. Most of the towels were thin/worn out and discolored. No bathroom vent! Ate one breakfast and one dinner there. Food was good but took a long time. The grounds and views were...

"Beds was not soft "

"Nice for a one night stay in the area. Clean and hot shower. Bed little hard and outdated but worked for us. Thanks"

"The woman at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and smiling. It was a great stay, only complaint was there were a lot of rowdy kids running around the halls. It doesn’t bother me during decent hours but after 9pm and before 8am people should be able to rest. "

"TV didn't work. went back to the desk. Told her. She turned and walked off. Silent! disappeared for 10 minutes.. Came back. told us she reset it and it was working fine . Maybe she meant she went to reset It in a utility room..?? Well we went up..still not working .husband called desk . She said she had come to our room and reset it and it was fine. Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel...
