"The staff was rude and the room was dirty. The sheets were stained and the bathroom floor clearly hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The whole place is in a state of disrepair. When I booked it, it had all the hallmarks on a standard business person’s no frills airport hotel but it was closer to a nightmare motel. Avoid this place!"

"The staff had issues checking us in so they gave us an upgrade. The upgrade was a balcony that faced the inside of the hotel. There were people laughing and carrying until after 11 p.m. on a Monday night. There were no wash cloths or blow dryer in the room and the air never really worked."

"We arrived extremely early to check in, there were no rooms available le yet. Juan and his coworkers worked quickly to get us into a room in less than 30 minutes. All of the staff was accommodating, kind and very welcoming. Thank you Juan and staff!!!"
