"The staff was pretty attentive and helped when our shower was backed up. The hotel sent out maintenance quickly and had our shower fixed within 20 minutes. The area is beautiful and theres plenty to do within the resort. We mainly stayed there for the spa but were pretty surprised how nice the resort was. Overall a great experience "
