"Staff: very helpful and friendly Rooms: Huge!! we had the family room, the rooms was more than enough and very comfortable. we had kitchen, dining area, large bathroom and beds that are comfortable. All the facility in this hotel are new and nice! love the seating area at the roof top. there is laundry downstairs, money changer at the lobby. Transportation: very near to the bus stops, 5 mins walk to the bus station. The nearest train station is about 1km away which is not bad. "

"We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. "Stayed here about a week with my brother and I must say this was a fantastic choice. Located less than 5 minutes away from the Gojo train station, it is right next to alot of amenities so you can walk or commute to wherever you need to get. "부모님의 첫 해외여행을 위해 고민하다 고른 숙소인데, 매우 만족. 부모님도 만족하신 숙소입니다. 일단 스텝분들이 너무 상냥하고 친절하시고, 시설도 깨끗하고, 넓은 편이에요. 역과의 거리도 가깝고, 밤이 되면 조용합니다. 소음은 전혀 느끼질 못했고, 주변에 이온몰이 있어서 좋았어요. 조식 세트는 진짜 별거 아닌 것 같은데, 기본에 충실한 맛이여서 두 번 먹고도 한 번 더 먹을지 고민했었어요. 유자쨈이 정말 맛있고, 식빵도 너무 맛있었어요. 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소, 다음에 또 교토를 간다면 다시 선택할 것 같습니다."

"Front staff amazing ! Friendly and helpful ! Close to Kyoto station . Great room with fun bunkbeds but still giving space to relax after long hot humid days ! Added fun with the rent out of a chess board and massage device 😊. Enjoyed the barley tea for tea time !!! Recommend for families who want space and have teens . Added bonus of laundry on site . Thanks for some great memories !! Also the matcha cookies was a great incentive to an avoid unnecessary housekeeping 😉😊 delicious !!!!"
