"Stop maar maar met zoeken, dit is het beste hotel (zeker voor een gezin). De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het personeel is echt geweldig. Hadden we MONday maar eerder ontdekt, dit was veruit ons leukste hotel in Japan. "

"飯店就在京都車站對面不遠處，過馬路步行2分鐘就到，樓下有7-11人潮洶湧，採機台自助辦理入住及退房，小缺點是標註要相鄰的兩間房但最後沒給。牙刷、刮鬍刀等備品在一樓大廳自取。退房後能免費寄放行李在大廳。冷氣溫度和風量偏弱一點，記得把模式設定在制冷。除了這點一切都很好，下次會再選擇。遠一點有AEON非常好逛。"

"We enjoyed 4 days in Kyoto at this amazing hotel located at Kyoto Station. This is a seriously impressive facility with several dining and shopping options within the hotel itself. As it is connected to the main Kyoto Station there are countless additional food and shopping options, as well as the convenience of being at the main station for the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was continuously restocked with water, coffee, tea, and touletry supplies if needed. The room...

"I love the room, it was clean and it smells good, bed was comfortable, it was Japanese style but modern. The staff was nice, approachable and accommodating. The front staff were able to communicate in English that was a big plus. I will recommend this hotel. 💯💕"

"Easy to find, new, fresh, and very walkable to 100's if not 1000's of restaurants and stores. Accommodation of our bags when we arrived early was so very kind and appreciated. Pricing was Exceptional value. 2 rooms for 2 nights for the same cost of a 1 night stay in Hakone. We will return. "
