"The staff was awesome. Very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. We hope the renovations are finished soon. The faucet in the tub didn’t fit over the tub. Pop corn ceiling needs repaired. Room door was very hard to open, torn curtains, no towel bars, and tv remote was missing the battery cover. We did love the fireplace and the whirlpool tub. We would love to stay there again, but we hope repairs get made."

"We liked the room. Breakfast was about as the same as similar places. The pool was nice and there were plenty of towels available. My one complaint is that the staff did not take care of a potentially dangerous issue where several young kids were running and doing flips into the pool. They were nearly landing on each other and my kids. I pulled my kids out of there quickly. I told the manager and her reply was they don’t have a lifeguard and swim at your own risk. The posted policy says “No Running. No rough or horseplay.” We booked this place because of the indoor pool which we were essentially forced out of because it was not safe."
