"The stay was okay; however, the first room provided had significant issues with humidity and cleanliness. They moved us to another room that was better in terms of structure and appearance; however, it was not well cleaned. Every time we walked in, a ball of hair came from the rug. However, the service was very good."

"Hotel is conveniently located to the medical center , museum and rice village. Staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating to guest needs. Floors/rooms appear to be recently updated. Plenty of sitting space in lobby and bright areas to work. Bar/ food service in both lobby and outdoor pool area . Market in lobby has takeout food and delicious snack and dessert choices. One minor downside is a narrow parking garage shared with another business but elevator is convienet to the lobby once...
