"Wonderful hotel with nice clean rooms. Good size rooms too. Bathroom was very nice. We also liked that we could tip the house cleaners digitally because we don’t have cash in many instances.
Our only critique is that the included breakfast could have been a lot better. The egg burrito thing was rubbery and chewy.
We will definitely stay here when we’re Bend again. "

"The hotel was pet friendly, but I wasn't aware that there is a $75 cleaning fee regardless of any "issues" AND a $20 per day fee and the taxes that go along with both of those. We arrived fairly late. Our room heat was set to 72 degrees which is totally fine, but warmer than we prefer while trying to sleep. The air conditioner was efficient but loud and was so close to the bed that it blew the cold air directly at the person on the left side of the bed (in this case, me!) the first night was a little miserable. We were also more than surprised that they charge a $20 per night (plus tax) fee to park your car. We have stayed in Bend many times and we have never heard of such a thing. The hotel itself was fine but we probably won't stay there again."

"Nice room, incredible property. They work very hard to make this place fun! Lots of lights in the trees at night, DJ music on the weekend, warm pool and hot jacuzzi. Great big outdoor campfire area with lots of room for guests. Loved our stay here!"
