"Beware, the front desk isn't staffed around the clock. I got a call a little before 9:00pm asking where I was, that was kind of odd. Once I got to the property a few minutes later to check in I realized why they called me, it's because they wanted to go home. The person helping was extremely friendly and courteous. They gave us our key cards and then the headed out the door, got in their car and took off. We walked up to our room and the keys didn't open the door. We went back to the front desk and called the number on the flyer for "entry/key problems" and the person I spoke to was horrible, very rude. They said they were sending someone to help, at 10:00pm no one had arrived so I left and stayed somewhere else. The property should revise the "entry/key problem" protocol so guests are taken care of quickly. It wasn't my fault the key didn't work."
