"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). "The grounds were simply breathtaking. Its own private beaches with outstanding views. Quaint library room stocked with books, multiple cozy areas with plush couches all over the hotel where one can sit and relax, multiple dining areas, beautiful pools, delicious buffet breakfast, direct access to the marina walkway bringing you to multiple restaurants, cafes and shopping. Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. "Excellent staff and property still under construction so some amenities not available"

"It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. "

"Reception desk was very pleasant. A big shout out to Romina, Yana, Madelena and the others to make my trip so enjoyable. They were brilliant. The bar tenders were always smiling and happy to serve.
