"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! The location was perfect and only a couple minutes walk from Interlaken West and most of the main drag for shopping and restaurants. "We had a beautiful time at Hotel Edelweiss in Wengen. Linda and Tomas were so welcoming and helpful. And the rest of the staff were lovely as well. There is no air conditioning but there were 2 fans, which were adequate. "We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints!
