" Chambre non chauffée et très froide. Malgré notre réclamation, aucune solution ni changement de chambre n’a été proposé. Service indigne du prix élevé de cet hôtel. Règles du sauna non respectées et non contrôlées. Très déçue, je n’y retournerai pas."

"Fantastic location right next to Interlaken West train station. Excellent breakfast with great-tasting food and immaculate upkeep. Modern, clean rooms, small but cleverly designed and fully soundproofed. Loved being able to open the door for fresh air with a safety barrier. Friendly staff throughout. A few NYE decorations would’ve been a nice touch, but overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel."

The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time. "
