I rented this place for the two restroom convenience you dont get at a hotel. It was perfect for my family of 4. Neighborhood was extremely quiet and just outside of town so not a lot of traffic and I was comfortable with my kids having their own room next door. It was also still convenient to get to town."

I had a small problem with the AC unit and it was fixed the same day, they communicated what the problem was and the fix. Overall my stay was amazing and the price was perfect. "Got bad directions from Apple Maps but found the property with a couple of left turns. Greeted and quickly checked in. Comfy bed and nice linens and towels. Nice size TV with bunches of choices to watch with easy guide to follow. Variety of food choices in lobby for purchase. Parking lot has a sign: remove all valuables from vehicle, so I imagine the area is not terribly safe, though Spokane is not really a huge metropolitan city."

The rooms are clean, tidy & safe. As the rooms open out to a walkway over the driveway / carpark, there can sometimes be some noise & light coming through the curtains, but not enough to cause me any worries."
