Saturday evening was too loud with a party/concert going on nearby until 11p.m. Breakfast buffet was OK, but nothing special. OJ, for instance, tasted too powdery, artificial, and watered down. Some of the staff were hard to understand when speaking in English. Very disappointed guests here. Not planning to return to this unwelcoming property again."

I called the front desk in the morning to get a late checkout, and no one answered the phone.The late fee was too high given the amount of time (30 min) I was alloted"

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."
