"I stayed one night with my wife in order to celebrate our anniversary. Do not pay any attention to the negative reviews. This hotel is quite literally flawless. The setting is unparalleled, the hotel itself is well kept, clean, and new. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is helpful/friendly. The amenities are top notch. There isn’t a better hotel anywhere in NWA."

"Requested an “easy access” room due to mobility issues… room was changed within minutes!!! During stay found iron didn’t work - new one delivered in minutes!!!! What more could I ask for??? Clean and tidy… close to where I needed to be!! Owners/Operators were very friendly and welcoming!!!!"

"We had a wonderful time exploring the property and hearing the history. The staff went above an beyond before even asking. The food was excellent. The spa was relaxing. The best part was that we had something to do at the hotel at all times. While waiting for our next adventure, we were not just stuck waiting in our room. we visited with other guests, played games and relaxed in the many comfort areas in and around the hotel. A true resort. "
