"The balcony view was amazing, and it was relatively quiet throughout our trip. We had the pool to ourselves most days which was awesome. Basic amenities but we didn't need much. Late check-out was an extra $50, but it was worth it to spend a few more hours on the beach before our flight."

"We stayed the last weekend of August. The room was quiet. You couldn't hear anything from the hallway or other rooms. Our room was right across the hall from the elevator. That usually means noise all the time. It wasn't. Didn't hear any of it. A Big plus in my book. We had an ocean front and pool view. Since the room had a sliding door to the balcony, that did allow the sounds of people enjoying the pools and ocean, which I enjoyed. The pool closed at 9pm, so no problem with noise at bedtime. We also ate at the restaurant near the lobby both evenings. The food, prices & waiter were great. Free breakfast was the same as we get when we stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean and spacious. I'm sure the bed would be comfortable to most people. I just have back issues and am used to a memory foam topper, so it did cause me some pain a few hours before I wanted to get up for the day. The only problem that I did have with the amenities was the ironing board cover. The cover had something white on it, not sure if it was food or sun screen lotion or what. I requested a cover or board replacement and they brought me an iron instead. So some one didn't take the time to fully read my request and brought the wrong item. I ended up wearing shorts I had already worn rather than wear the wrinkled pear that looked a mess. I was disappointed in their response. Other than that issue, our stay was delightful. I would recommend this place to other people if asked."

"Overall I gave a good rating. The staff was efficient and polite. The furniture is very dated (room 1203) and the bed was very uncomfortable, often making a good nights rest difficult. The commode ran continuously and the couch, which made a bed (which we did not use), had cables broken sticking out the bottom. For the most part everything was clean,to the best of the staffs ability given the outdated furniture and bedding that had definitely seen better days. The view was nice, the staff adequate, laundry facility was great, and the room clean. I will not choose this particular venue in the future due to the worn stained, furniture and very uncomfortable bed, as well as the commode running continuously."

"Stayed at this small hotel before, in fact had the same room last summer. This stay wasn’t the same. Wifi was so bad the tv didnt work, i had to hot spot to my phone. The bed had sand in the sheets and i didnt notice until i was ready for sleep so nothing i could do. The water pressure was extremely low in the shower. We also paid about double what it was last year. Overall i was disappointed in the room at the price point i had to pay this year and wont be considering it again."
