"They had mixed up our ADA room reservation due to a system update and we ended up with the vision accessible room. When we realized that it would not work for us, they immediately changed the room to the correct type of room with no issues."

"We arrived to a stuffy 80 degree room. The room was okay. The lighting is bright white so keeping one on at night is not doable. Both beds were old and one had an indentation. The walls are thin so you can hear tv. and music playing from other rooms. Lastly the towels were old. Like ripping apart old. I had to wait 2 hours for towels after showing them the ripped towels. All I wanted to do was shower and leave. The pictures for the breakfast are deceiving. Everything was a mess and they couldn’t...

"The staff was very kind and accommodating. The biggest issue we had was with the lack of maintenance in the swimming pool and hot tub. The hot tub had toxic foam, as well as it was not up to temperature. And the swimming pool was cold and the water was cloudy."

"The lotion in the room was sour, probably expired. Everything else was fine but that was a real turnoff to rub it on my hands and then smell that."

"Was horrible to try to cancel reservations called multiple times paid everything online called to make sure there was nothing else other then the pet fee was told no everything was taken care of just to be told when I got there I had to pay a deposit which I was told on the phone the day before when I called that it was already paid."

"When we passed the motel, we almost didn't turn around. But we wanted to stay at a locally owned motel so we did. The exterior could definitely use some love. The office was terrible. The gentleman in the office was nice. The doors are updated with codes to enter. The room was very clean, which is the only reason we stayed. The bedding was dated but clean. Towels were large and soft. The bedding wasn't as soft as I prefer, but after a long day of travel, it was fine."
