"If you would like to escape from the noise of the urban area and indulge your excursion, the ambience and the service in Siripanna might gratify you. The guest service team has some staffs who did a great job: MODDAM & PAT. However, having something need to be fixed. The door handles was hard to open, sometimes it's like... easy to be broken. The light in the bathroom, it didn't work properly. When the AC was working, the sound would be quite loud Overall, I had a great sojourn in Siripanna"

"Thapae Loft was the perfect hotel for me due to its location. The hotel is tucked away down an alley away from the busy Old Chiang Mai area. The room was spacious with complimentary snacks and water. The front desk personnel were very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. "

"A great choice if you want to discover Chiang Mai for a few days in comfort and in the center of the old city. Several temples are within walking distance, as are the historic city gates. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with solid friendly service and good recommendations for activities. Breakfast is efficient and I recommend the Thai options. Rooms are spacious. Pool access rooms, worth it for the calm and view! "

"Staff services were amazingly good and helpful. You need to place a deposit 1000baht so keep aside that cash. Went for elephant tour and kitchen was able to prepare breakfast to-go at 7am, very happy with the eggs and toast. Housekeeping was good and honest! I threw away a bag (left it beside the rubbish bin) and didn't expect housekeeping staff to check the bag compartments, she found some cash in there and returned to me immediately whilst I was at reception/check out. Really grateful for that...
