"We booked a King bed for 3 nights. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. We called the hotel a few hours earlier (around 7pm) to inform them that we are still coming and to confirm our reservation - they acknowledged. Once we arrived at our hotel the duty manager Amandeep Singh said the room is still no ready and to wait 20/25min for the room to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. The Front Office Manager Tamana Kaundal then advised that they can put us in a 2-bed bedroom instead and move us the next day - which would be a huge inconvenience as we had a busy day scheduled and would not want to repack our belongings to move to another room. Service was horrible and rooms were out dated. I will not be returning and would not advise anyone else to stay here either."

First place, you mentioned that we got to pay at the hotel itself. Instead, you collect the money from us upfront. Please don’t do this type of thing in future. "Terrible service, terrible attitude. Although the in room facilities were high tech the whole trip was ruined by the attitude of the staff. Within two hours of arrival we were called to ask what time we would be checking out! There are much cheaper 4 star hotels with much better service in Chennai! "
