We had a lovely stay, we were given a complimentary room upgrade from standard double to deluxe double for our anniversary. We were given a small cake and a small fruit basket as well. Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby.
