Great location, clean, and comfortable. Had ongoing issues getting towels, washcloths, hand towels throughout the stay (had to call down every day for something)… middle of the night call from room service, despite having not ordered. Yes Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Rooms were cleaned and prompt response when we requested something. I think for the price we pay, it would be nice to have easy access to a simple cup of water, or complimentary cup of tea or coffee free of charge in the lobby.

Bar area is a nightmare , nor enough staff and a long wait for a drink. Breakfast is a war zone, being a single traveller the staff kept clearing my table every time I went to the buffet bar
