"The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic, just around the corner are two tube stations. The street is fairly quiet. The temperature thermometer in our room was not working so the room was a little overheated, but we were able to crack open the windows and everything was fine. For some reason, the telephone in our room was not working so we could not call down to the front desk, but when we mentioned it later, they said there was a manual...

"Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths....
