"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"The check in was okay, but don't expect your room to be ready early-- everyone was waiting in the lobby for their rooms. The room we received wasn't very good, it was a 5-7 minute walk up and down 2 elevators from the lobby and it was a maze to get there. Many of the guests were getting lost on how to get back to the lobby. "The room was terrible and overlooked an inner brick courtyard. We ordered a bowl and spoon be sent up from the front desk so our son could eat some cereal and no one ever showed up. We’ve stayed there before and loved the experience and location, but I think I’ll try a new hotel next time. Bummer because it’s close to the tube station."

Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced. After compiling we were shown a better room which we had. The style of the hotel makes it feel dated not modern. The breakfast was good but the staff in that department were as if they were from Mars they had no hospitality training and could be better replaced with traffic cones."
