"Great attention to detail and very friendly staff, from doorman, to reception and concierge, to cleaning staff. First day I arrived a bit earlier from airport and was able to get early check in. Was also jet lagged and had a couple Nespresso cups in room. The next day staff filled coffee bar with pods I drank plus extras of the ones I liked. Small things like that throughout my stay, that most hotels ignore and show attention to detail. "

"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling...

"We had a deluxe room overlooking the street. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom functioned well but ideally would have been a little larger. My partner made use of the spa which she enjoyed and one evening we ate in the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay in an excellent location."

"Clean, affordable, cute but too small, only good for a quick weekend stay but not to stay long, they only clean the room every four days, no amenities, taking a shower was annoying, you can easily flood your bathroom/room. no tv but staff for friendly and always willing to help."

"I’m Japanese female solo traveler. I stayed for 6 nights. The location was so good. It might not good if you are sensitive for noise because the hotel is close to the Victoria station. So many good restaurants and you could walk to Chelsea area and V & A museum. Breakfast was good! All the stuff was nice, polite and kind. "

"The room was great! The staff was helpful, although for a minute at the front desk they couldn't find my reservation. I was able to check in a few hours early because there was a room already available. They came while we were out that same day and made up the couch as a bed for our kids to sleep on. The only thing about the room was that although there was a closet right in front of the door for coats and such, there wasn't a dresser in the room to store our clothes in so we just kept our...

"The hotel is beautiful. The room was very pretty. It’s an old building but maintained well. My room had a beautiful terrace which would be lovely for entertaining but the views were looking directly into other buildings on all sides. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the breakfast that I paid for while booking the room is only continental and not worth the price.
