Rufflets was our favorite stay out of five different hotels in the UK. The whole experience was incredible! The staff is so wonderful and welcoming, the bar was cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. My family all agrees that this is the one hotel we want to go back to!

The room was large and well kept, the bathtoom though updated had plaster peeling from the ceiling (If the fan had its own switch/supply instead of needing the lights to be on for it to run this could help). The main hotel was well maintained .Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Staff at this hotel stand out from many other hotels we e stayed in. They were friendly and courteous at all time and may our stay feel very warm and inviting. Thanks to Lewis, Natalie and Sarah to name the ones I got but every single member of staff that we spoke to but don’t get their names were equally important. The food was pretty amazing too and our bedroom although a little tired was very comfortable and as warm as we wanted it to be. We had a lovely few days away and will definitely return again soon. Thank you to each an everyone of the Rufflets Team we had a great time.
