"Waited in line about half an hour to check in. Then there were no washcloths and hand towels in our room and I was told that there was none available. The property, room, and breakfast were okay, but the customer service wasn't great. Would not recommend. "

"The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. "

"Elevator broke, so had to walk 2 full hallways to room & lobby. Breakfast was lacking. No plates."

"We arrived here late at night. Me and 2 kids. My kids dubbed it "the Royal Prison Yard of New Orleans". There were a group of kids chilling near the front door. There's a fence with a gate you have to go through to get to the parking lot. We ended up staying somewhere else as it did not feel safe to bring young kids into."

"Very remote, but quiet and pleasantly restful. Helpful, friendly staff and upstairs restaurant serves nice selection of good bar food. Excellent service all around. A nice morning with "Folger's in your cup" sitting up on the observation deck with the Natchez paddle steamboat docked across the waterway."
