"I enjoyed my stay at the Franklin Inn. Coming back into Carrabelle during the July 4th holiday to visit family friends/ god-kids and to move out of my previous studio was a lot but thankfully The Franklin Inn made the beginning of my leg of the trip easy and comfortable. Thank you!"

"Although the property is old, it is well-maintained. The room had a slight musty odor when we opened the door , but after running the A/C for an hour or so, the odor was pretty much gone. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful..very accommodating and helpful."

"This property has potential. I do not consider this property to be resort quality. The pool area had food scraps on the tables and on the deck, the QR code for ordering drinks and food did not work. In a resort setting, the drinks are brought out to you. We had to go inside and pick up our order. The unit we stayed in had ants and other bugs all over the floor in the bathtub and even in the bed. Separate towels to use for the pool were not included. We were instructed to wash, dry, and put away...
