"We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. Also on our last day there was a lunch buffet set up in the Italian restaurant which offered a wonderful variety to choose from. Overall it was a great experience."

"The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice."

"This is a remarkable property. The family run hotel is small enough that you feel and are treated like family, but large enough that you have so much to do. The tennis clinic that is offered free every day is awesome (Jose rocks). There is snorkeling on site and the service staff is second to none. Most importantly, Nigel is the best. He planned many excursions for us and helped us with restaurant choices. And Michelle at the front desk was also very helpful when our plane ride home was cancelled at the last second. She really stepped up to calm this nervous traveller. Highly recommend and late may and early june are the best time to go as it is not as busy. Coral Reef Rocks!!!"
