"For close to $400 a night, you'd expect everything to be perfect...it wasn't. Rooms are very loud and walls very thin. I could hear everything happening in rooms beside me. Worse, the walls are so thin, you can hear another rooms air conditioning turning on and off all night. The staff are helpful but for the type of property they are trying to be, there's a lot of work to be done."

"Do not stay at this hotel. The air conditioning rattles and there was people yelling and screaming on my fliir. I think they were fighting but sounded like they were in the hall. No sleep. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast but they did provide a cab to the airport. I would not stay there ahain though."

"I needed a hotel room immediately after my flight was cancelled. Although I carefully selected a same-night stay, Expedia changed the reservation to the next day because no rooms were available. This change was not clearly highlighted during the booking process. When I realized the issue and cancelled the reservation almost immediately, I received no refund at all. Charging 100% of the booking cost for a cancellation made within minutes of an unintended reservation is unfair and very disappointing."

"WARNING! The pictures shown are FAKES. They must have copied these from other hotel websites. The place is an absolute dump. The first clue was the full-window plexiglass protecting the clerk, like they have in banks in high-crime areas. There were a couple of drug-addled meth-heads in the filthy hallway. Screaming from one of the rooms. But the real issue happened when I opened the door. The room was beyond filthy. The carpets were almost black in places, but worst of all was the overwhelming stench of urine, rotting carpet, and I'm not even sure what else. Keep in mind that I'm not a clean freak. This was horrifyingly bad. It was so bad that I turned around and left even though I had already paid for the room. There was no way I was staying there for a night. I shudder to think what sort of blood-sucking insects or weird diseases I might have been exposed to. Trust me, especially if you have kids, do NOT go to this hotel for any reason."
